Follow-up Appointments

How it works

All follow-up appointments are 45-minutes and will be conducted online via Telehealth. You will receive a link to your consultation prior to your appointment.

We are here for the highs and lows of your journey as you shouldn’t have to do this alone. Your appointments with us will always be judgement-free as we will address all concerns with the compassion and sensitivity that you deserve.

We understand that lifestyle changes can be difficult to implement. If you have been eating a certain way for majority of your life, we cannot expect you to rewrite these behaviours after one session. That’s why we’ll be here for you every step of the way.

Be prepared to come to these sessions with as many questions as you like, as we love being in the hot seat answering these.

In your follow up appointments, you can expect:

  • To build on the intervention and advice provided in your initial session.

  • To receive counselling so that you can better understand your behaviour and relationship with food.

  • Problem solving, accountability and to have your feedback listened to regarding what has been working well for you and what hasn’t been.

  • To learn about the science that debunks common nutrition myths, label reading, meal/snack ideas and more.

Cost & Payment

Follow-up appointments are $110.

We process payments electronically.

All payment details are safeguarded using the Halaxy card capture feature. Payments will be processed after your appointments via our electronic payment processing system in Halaxy.

You will receive a paid invoice from us which can be submitted to your private health fund if you have suitable dietetic cover or Medicare if you’re eligible for a partial rebate.
