Berry and Vanilla French Toast

Keep breakfast sweet and low FODMAP with this Berry and Vanilla French toast recipe. It contains gut-loving probiotics! You can thank us later.

Low FODMAP | Vegetarian

    • 2 eggs

    • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

    • 4 slices of spelt sourdough

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    The garnish:

    • 4 tbsp Yopro vanilla yoghurt

    • 1/4 cup blueberries

    • 1/4 cup raspberries

    • Optional: maple syrup

    1. Whisk eggs, vanilla and cinnamon in a dish until ingredients are combined.

    2. Dip the bread in the egg mixture and coat evenly on both sides.

    3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the toast until crispy and golden on both sides.

    4. To serve, top with a dollop of vanilla yogurt and berries.
